Eric Davis
Founder

Eric Davis has extensive experience in the education sector – he has designed, operated, and consulted on programs with public, charter, and private schools, non-profit organizations, camps, and universities.  His professional life in the field began at age 16 when he earned his first coaching position.  Since then he has coached, taught middle- and high-school, founded, and directed several organizations.  Eric refined his innovative approach to teaching and learning as founder and director of Educational Endeavors (www.educationalendeavors.org) and as founder and current board member of Camp of Dreams (www.campofdreams.org).  Eric was recently appointed Executive Director of the Illinois Education Foundation (www.iledfoundation.org) and continues his pursuit of learning at international conferences, workshops, and through the daily interaction he enjoys with professionals dedicated to improving lives of youth and adults.

Stephen Weber

Stephen joined the management team of EE in the fall of 2005. He holds an M.B.A. in International Business Administration (2003) and a M.A. in English and Creative Writing (1995) from the University of Illinois – Chicago. He has also earned a B.A. in English (1992) at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Formerly, Stephen served as the Customer Service Administrator and Sales Manager for Prinz Ltd. – a distributor and manufacturer of photo frames and albums. Before moving to Prinz, he was a staff accountant for Hochfelder & Weber, P.C. Besides his financial expertise, Stephen has extensive experience tutoring students in all subject areas.

Employment

Educational Endeavors employs teachers from some of Chicago’s finest private and public schools as well as individuals pursuing PhD’s or other advanced degrees from local universities.  We select instructors with expertise in all academic subject areas.  Instructors work from 2-10 hours per week, and compensation depends upon experience and education level.
