Mentoring

Leadingschool Mentoring uses the framework of our youth leadership workshop to help students and/or teachers and administrators develop sustainable mentoring programs for their schools.  Participants utilize the Discovery and Improvement Cycle to identify the needs in their school that warrant a mentoring program.  The final product of the workshop will be a complete strategic plan for implementing a mentoring program, including budget, goals, activities, recruitment, and reinforcement.
