Organizational Retreats

Participants will analyze their schools, communities, and/or relevant organizations.  The workshop will begin by creating or refining a mission statement.  They will then use the mission statement to set goals and refine a proposed activity list.  Participants will work in small groups to identify resources, create a timeline and budget, and a project management plan for each group of activities.  Finally, participants will manage professional methods for giving and receiving feedback from others, both internal and external to the organization.  Following this workshop, participants should have the focus and understanding of how to turn their ideas into action.
